RETURNS

Return Policy

Unused and unopened products maybe returned within two weeks of receipt, for a full refund, less the shipping cost and any discount or promotions applied.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Used, opened, final sale and/or clearance items cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns on gifted items.

Return Processing

Once we receive the returned item(s) and the return condition is confirmed. We will then issue a refund to the original payment method.

It can take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process depending on the payment method.

How to Return an Item

If you are wanting to return an item please email us at contact@kincompany.co to start your return.

Please remember we only accept unused and unopened products for return.

Return your order with a copy of your packing slip.

Any order returned without an email return request may not get processed. Please be sure to email us first in order for us to expect the return and process it as soon as possible.

Await refund which can take 5 to 7 business days depending on the payment method.

Excluded from Returns

The following items are excluded from returns and are ineligible for refunds:

Clearance products, Sale products, Discounted Misprint products, Fundraiser or In Support of products, and Used or opened Products.

EXCHANGES

Do You Offer Exchanges

Please note: Not all products/orders are eligible for exchanges or returns.
Each request is subject to our approval.

Include the following

  • Your first and last name
  • The order number
  • Reason for Exchange request

During normal business hours it will take 24 hours for a response to your request. 

If you send an request on the weekend, we will respond within 24 hours after next business day.

Accepted Exchanged Items

Please note: Not all products/orders are eligible for exchanges. Each request is subject to our approval.

All accepted exchange items will be required to be returned unopened and unused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping of exchange items.

The exchange will occur after we have received the returned item and confirmed it's condition.

We will then contact you that we have accepted the returned item.
